We use LinkedIn's Member Data Portability API to retrieve LinkedIn messaging data (sent and received messages, timestamps, and related metadata) from LinkedIn accounts that our organization owns or operates, and from personnel who have authorized this access. This data is used strictly for the internal purpose described in Section 3.

We do not collect LinkedIn data belonging to any individual outside our organization's own accounts through this integration, and we do not use this API to access, message, or profile other LinkedIn members who are not part of our organization.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• Respond to inquiries and manage business communications

• Review our own organization's LinkedIn messaging history to identify conversations that have not yet received a reply, for internal follow-up and customer responsiveness purposes

• Maintain accurate records of outreach and communication activity

• Operate, maintain, and improve our website and services

We do not sell personal information. We do not use LinkedIn data obtained through the Member Data Portability API for advertising, profiling of third parties, or any purpose other than the internal messaging-review use case described above.

4. How Information Is Stored

LinkedIn message data retrieved through the Member Data Portability API is stored locally in CSV or spreadsheet (XLSX) file format on devices and systems controlled by our organization. It is not uploaded to any third-party service, shared publicly, or transferred to any party outside our organization, except as required by law.

Access to these files is limited to authorized personnel within our organization who need it to perform the review described in Section 3.

5. Data Retention

We retain LinkedIn messaging data obtained through this integration only for as long as necessary to complete the internal review described in Section 3, or until a data subject requests deletion under Section 6, whichever comes first. We periodically review and delete data that is no longer needed for this purpose.

6. Your Rights

If your LinkedIn messaging data has been retrieved through our use of the Member Data Portability API (for example, because you are or were a member of our organization with a connected LinkedIn account), you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you

• Correct inaccurate data

• Request deletion of your data from our records
